Poor signal on calls

Repeated callers to me keep stating that they cannot hear me as it appears signal lost. Tried without wi fi, using 4g , same problem, will revert to an  iPhone when out of contract and find another provider.

Purchased Samsung S23fe in January 2024….have repeated telephone problems whereby callers unable to hear me, should have kept my i phone.

Has this been a problem since day one of using your new phone? Or has it developed at some stage since? That would be the acid test of whether the phone is at fault.

You mention outgoing audio dropping - is this a permanent thing, i.e. when it drops during a call, it never returns regardless of how long the call is left open for? Or does it come and go? Does it happen in one specific location, or is it more generalised? And are you saying that it happens across mobile-based calls & WiFi-calling?

Can you use mobile data whilst on a call?

Becoming more frequent and it’s infuriating . I had a Samsung A5 mobile for years and it never let me down, should have kept it. Not happy
