EE Mobile Coverage and Service Status Checker

Rach_H
EE Community Support Team

Check mobile coverage and ongoing maintenance in your area using the EE Mobile Coverage and Service Status Checker.

"Check coverage" will predict the usual level of service, whereas "Check service status" will show known issues and faults.

You don’t need to register for updates if you’re just curious; simply search for a postcode for a quick status check on the area.

How do I register for updates in my area?

If you want to receive pro-active updates about work being carried out, or issues in the area, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Mobile Coverage Checker and enter your postcode.
  2. Select the 'Report a problem' option and log into your EE account.
  3. Click ‘Still having problems?’ and then ‘Report a problem’.
  4. Tap ‘Get mobile network updates’ and ‘Add a new place’.
  5. Fill out the form and our team will respond within 48 hours.

How do I report a network problem?

If you're experiencing issues but the Mobile Coverage Checker isn't showing a problem in your area, you can report this by using the ‘Report A Problem’ button.

  1. Open the Mobile Coverage Checker and enter your postcode.
  2. Select the 'Report a problem' option and log in.
  3. Click ‘Still having problems?’ and then ‘Report a problem’.
  4. Fill out the form and our team will respond within 48 hours.

How do I report a network problem at a different address?

If you're experiencing issues but the Mobile Coverage Checker isn't showing a problem and you are not at your home address, then you can still report this.

  1. Follow the steps above, then tap ‘Check another postcode’.
  2. Submit the issue, and our team will investigate.
