Wait time of 2 hours? Is this a joke?

Trying to raise an issue in the app and been given a wait time of 2 hours. Is this normal for EE?Also been kicked off the app twice and now cannot connect to the open issue I'm waiting to have resolved.

Really annoying because in order to log into the EE app I have to re register & create a PIN on the normal website nearly every time…surely this is a bug ?

Returning a device

I had to return a device last Wednesday as the package I received was. a downgrade from what I had previously not because of the device. Now I was told it would take 48hrs max initially, to return and then I can upgrade again but this did not happen ...

My calls keep cutting off

Omg! The struggles I have been having to have no reptilian which cuts my calls esp if I have been in a long call queue I have had people call me and not get through is anyone else getting this?
