Hi. I'm abroad in the USA at the moment and need to speak with customer services via live chat but it doesn't seem to be working. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I wanted to look at upgrading my handset early but all I get is the above message. I have rang EE but they said it looks fine on their end. Has anybody found a solution ?

Phone number not linking to EE account

Hi. I decided to join EE and get a pay as you go SIM card and after putting it into my phone, I can't link it to my EE account. It just keeps saying to try again later. Tried again later and still nothing. Might I be doing something wrong? Thanks:)
