I have a sim only plan for my phone and tablet combined, I recently received a message to advise I am out of contract and eligible for an upgrade, or discount on new package / plan. However I click on the link and log-in, and/or tried log-in via my app too, all good but when I choose an option I keep getting a message saying I am not logged in, but I clearly am........ see attached screen shots. many thanks.
