Upgrades

I have a sim only plan for my phone and tablet combined, I recently received a message to advise I am out of contract and eligible for an upgrade, or discount on new package / plan.   However I click on the link and log-in, and/or tried log-in via my app too, all good but when I choose an option I keep getting a message saying I am not logged in, but I clearly am........ see attached screen shots.  many thanks. Screenshot 2023-10-23 004406.pngScreenshot 2023-10-23 004039.pngScreenshot 2023-10-23 003957.png

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this when trying to upgrade. 

Have you been able to try from another device?
