Ee perk cannot access

I am trying to access ee perks to get 20% of my new contract and it won’t let me re-set password as no reset email is sent. I also can register as it recognises my email. Can someone help please

Have you checked your junk/spam email folders for the password reset email?

Are you using the same email address you originally registered?
