I bought a simcard from EE and I'm trying for a whole week now to link it to the app but it keeps telling me that there is a problem and I should try again later
I want to track my usage and also to renew the package monthly through the app, and because of this issue I'm not able to do anything
Does someone has a way to solve this?

Text AL to 150 to see your usage.
To auto renew your pack you just need to top-up in time.
