Unable to active apple one

Hey team,

I have apple one as part of my contract but when I tried to enable it using the link I received by text, it says that my number couldn’t be verified for this subscription. 
I used both mobile data and WiFi and I don’t have any active VPN.

I tried to contact 150 with no success to get help on this.

Any advice please?

Welcome to the EE Community

Does your number show correctly when you check it in Settings> Apps>Phone> My number?

Have you tried to activate it by going to Settings> Apple ID > Subscriptions> EE plan benefits?

Oh thanks ! Going through the settings and then subscriptions worked.
