Ordered 18pro max silver 256gb 7 days ago, was meant to be in stock and delivered to store in 2-3 days, got 1st message to say it was on the way to my chosen store and got another message few days to say my order is on track! Yet in the tracking link, it says dispatch date not found, delivery date not found. Tracking is still stuck on “awaiting dispatch”. Customer service have not been helpful and provided conflicting information. This is frustrating especially as no one has told me exactly what’s happening.
