I ordered an iPhone 16e and was asked to make an upfront payment of £50 and a security deposit of £100. After I completed the payments, I was informed that my order would arrive within 7 working days.
However, I still haven’t received my order or even an order reference number or any other information about tracking. The status has been showing “Waiting to Dispatch” for several days.
At the very least, I would appreciate an update on when I can expect to receive my order. I purchased this phone as a birthday gift for my mum, but I am worried that her birthday will pass before the phone arrives.
I am extremely disappointed with this service and would appreciate an update on my order as soon as possible.
