How to contact EE through Live Chat

Contacting us via the EE app

If you’re still having trouble and need to contact us, you can ‘Message us’ or ‘Call us’ via the EE app – you’ll find these options in the ‘Help’ section.

The EE app is the best way to contact us for a more personalised experience.

It also lets you view your bills, upgrade your phone, change your payment & account information. Plus earn rewards, manage and controls your services plus much more.

How to Live Chat                                                                   

Live chat is exclusive to the EE app. Just select ‘Help’ in the bottom menu, then you’ll see the ‘Message us’ option when its available.

Live chat isn’t available through our Contact Us page.
