WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE APP EE?? THE APP HAS BEEN DOWN FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS😡😡😡

@Robbertino   The app is not down. It’s your device.  Clear  the device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

But there must be some glitch, as i've had the app for more than 2 years and never has the app been down for 2 weeks??

@Robbertino   The device has locked on to the settings of the old version of the app and clearing the cache has removed those settings allowing the new app to function correctly when you open it.     The app hasn’t been down it’s a device issue.

Same here a bit annoying

 The EE APP IS FAULTY... I'VE UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED IT ABOUT 5 TIMES AND NOW AGAIN IT DISPLAYS THIS MESSAGE. 

I HAVE OVER 100 APPS ON MY PHONE AND THEY ALL WORK FINE.

THERE IS SOME KIND OF FAULT OR GLITCH ON THE EE APP😡

It IS a APP issue i have followed the instructions about installing, clear cache and reinstalling the app. When are EE going to accept the fact they messed with the new app by releasing it full of bugs. This was working fine yesterday no with same issue everyone else

Morning everyone. 

Can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you? 

If not, what happens when you log in? Can you access your My EE account online?
