Why "upgrade" tab is not working. Last 5 days I'm trying and it says " something went wrong. Try again"

Are you able to try another browser and log into Superfast 5G & 4G Phones, Tablets and Fibre Broadband | EE, can you view your upgrade options?

@GeorgiGeorgiev  Have you tried clearing the device history and cookies?
