I upgraded my package to Sim only on the app to unlimited data. When/what appears on my app now when I gift data? How much can I gift? Also how long does the app take to update with my new sim only details?

How to transfer data while app down

Bit annoyed as logged onto the app to transfer data to my daughter and now find the app is down. the desktop site is also down (both state they’re working on making EE better!)The  offices are closed so how are we meant to transfer data out of office...
