I must have linked my phone a long time ago when I used a different e mail address and the e mail service no longer exists. I now use a different e mail but when I try to link the phone it says I have already linked to this defunct e mail and I must log in using that. I cannot do this and there seems no way to change the defunct e mail to my new one. Any answers?

Give CS a call on 150 and ask them to delete your old profile.

Login to your online EE a/c with your old email addy & in your Profile you may Edit your "Login Username/email addy" to your new one. Logout & then login again with your new email addy.
