I made a shopping order through the EE website on 24/09/26. One item in the order was dispatched the same day and was due to arrive at my local DPD depot. However, it never arrived and the DPD parcel tracker says '"your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area".
I have gone through the DPD help chat and have been told that I need to contact EE directly to ask them to begin a parcel search investigation on my behalf, since they were the original seller/sender of the order.
I have tried phoning the EE contact number (07953 966 150) but the only options selectable are about mobile plans, broadband etc. When trying one of the options just to see if I could get through, it asked me to enter the phone number of the mobile I was calling about, which is not relevant to my query.
Can anyone help me get in contact with someone about my order and get a resolution to this issue?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.
