iPhone Air dispatch time

I’d just like an update on my order please as it’s been delayed. Initially when placing it on 25th September  it said it would be dispatched within 3 days, then the email confirmation said 7 days, I got an email a few days after ordering to say it was on track, but now it’s delayed with no estimated date. The only reason I ordered from EE was because of the shorter dispatch time so it’s a bit annoying. To order a white iPhone Air 256gb today says dispatch is more than 28 days.

We're not able to see the order itself here, but I can check the stock information to see if we can give you an idea.

Was it the 256GB in White that you ordered? If not, which colour and storage is it?

Looking at the stock guidance, it is saying that the estimated timescale was up to 7 days at that point, but went up to 14 days on the 26th and then is now more than 28 days for orders placed today.

We don't have any way of seeing when stock is expected or how many orders are ahead of yours, but it is showing the oldest outstanding order is from 23rd September so hopefully you aren't waiting too long.

Once it is on the way you'll receive a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when it will be delivered.
