i did a pre-order on the 19th of this month. i am yet to get any update and a freind who ordered from EE on the 20th has got an update on his deliverie for the same phone i ordered. are there prefrential treatment through this

Hi, I’ve got a similar query - I pre ordered on the 18th and now it says that it is delayed. I ordered the 18 pro max with the glacier colour and 512gb storage.

Also, do the pro maxes in glacier and 1tb storage show as being in stock now? If so, would it be best if I cancel my current order and order a 1tb variant?

I ordered the Burgundy iPhone 18 Pro Max (256GB). The frustrating thing is that my phone broke while I was playing basketball yesterday, so now I have to keep refreshing my emails day in and day out, hoping for a delivery update. I'm just stuck waiting, and it's really annoying.

Lovely choice of colour you're going for there.

If you ordered the iPhone Pro Max 512gb in Glacier on the 18th, there would be a 14 day wait from the date of order.

The 1TB version is currently showing as in stock.
