This App had to be the worst / useless app out there . You just can’t get any useful information . That’s my experience . For example finding out your data usage is impossible

Can you view the data usage within Plans and Subscriptions?
If not, can you log into your My EE through a web browser, does the data allowance show?

Login to the App (Make sure you have the latest Version), from the Home Screen select a Device / Mobile Number from your Account (it will only a single Device / Number if you only have 1 Mobile Number on the Account), then scroll down to Control Centre Screen, where it will give your Data Allowance, click "View full usage" for more options. (See Pic 1)
Alternatively you can view you Data Allowances without using the App, simply go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status on your Browser, you can also add this as a Short Cut to your Home Screen on your Device (See Pic 2)

This has to be the worst APP ever !! No ifs or buts , totally useless. Always logging in , just to find there’s a problem .. At least they got that correct , the problem is it’s NOT user friendly .

@Frustrating11 Can you access your online account? If you can not also access that you need to call customer services and request an account reset. If you can access your online account try clearing the device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app.
