Ee updates at the worst time. Surely it would be best doing this in the middle of the night rather than when folk are looking to upgrade or make amendments to their account. Banks generally do updates after 1 or 2 am .

Yes I also find that the updates are at the worst possible times - needing to check data allowance or bill info is a nightmare if your in a fast paced situation!!! I called the EE helpline and the lady told me I did not have an EE account lol
Obviously I found it hilarious I passed the security but she couldn’t even find me on the system it made no sense! Major technical errors!

Because they don't care about their customers needs, clearly!
So frustrating, my daughter is travelling abroad tonight, she messaged me asking for data, but I can't share my data because of this 😤I hope she stays safe and doesn't need to contact anyone 😢

I suggest you take note and act upon the sound advice of the custom3rs, going forward, and do your updating of applications at a more suitable hour, when less people are likely to need access to it...definitely would appreciate action above empty words of apology, I'm worried sick tonight, all because I am now unable to share data with my 20yr old daughter on her way to Amsterdam... also...I pay a LOT of money every month to be able to have the whole package, and yet🤷♀️ at this time of need, I DON'T have what I am paying for!
