EE app down

Why is my EE app always down? The website is also down??? I want to login to my account 

Cant Link my product

recently i have just upgraded myself to the iphone 14 pro on ee but when it comes to linking my product on the ee website it shows comes up saying that we have ran into an error and cant link my product Please advise  thanks
