Single user error, not sure?! The layout for the page is a bit odd; misplaced subscription panels, they seem to have drifted to the bottom?!. (Using MS Edge Version 121.0.2277.112 (Official build) (64-bit))

@Leanne_T -  It displays like this when not logged. Yes, have tried Mozilla Firefox, Chrome.

Also on another poster's screengrab from a different post, it also displays the "One three column shout component"
