Unplanned maintenance?

Is there a wider issue with accessing our app, ee website & texts to 150 this morning? All of them apparently under maintenance, even texting or checking the add on page is not giving data info.

Sort the app out!!

I need to share some data with my daughter and yet again I can’t access the app because you’re ‘working on it’. It’s an absolute joke, the amount you charge for services that then don’t even work is ridiculous.

Ee and service

I must say I have been very disappointed in the services provided by ee in the past 2 to 3 months. App totally usless and phone service in my area poor.  I pay a lot for ee and thinking I'd be better swapping to another company
