Every month the same thing, I wait for far too long for pages to load on the website, the app on my phone rarely accepts my card details (even though they are saved). Navigating the website is a lot more difficult than it should be, **bleep** I just want to pay my effing bill!!!!

I am sorry to hear this, have you tried using another web browser?
Can you access other areas and view your details in the EE account?
