Cancel an eSIM Order

I ordered an eSim for travel in the UK.   Though I received confirmation of my order on the EE website, I have not received an email with the activation code.

The EE website seems to be set up for UK users because it requires a UK postal code and/or a mobile number before it accepts email messages.  I have to contact EE by email because I live in Canada and it is too expensive to make a phone call.

How do I contact EE by email?

Hope that will be within 14 days. Under UK law that's what you get as a cooling-off period to cancel FoC.

Hi @HGG3,

It is worth checking the junk/spam folder in your email in case the activation has gone into there, and open the EE app for more.

If you still are unable to activate the eSIM, you have 90 days to cancel it from the purchase date if there is no usage, and you can do this by logging in to your account through the EE website.

You can also read more on our Travel eSIM page.
