My app hasn't worked for about 3 months, I've told EE about it so many times it,

My app also hasn’t worked since I upgraded to a new phone 3 months ago. Went back to EE shop and they couldn’t get it working either. 
Was told it is being worked on and will be working soon. Still waiting.

Have you tried deleting and redownloading it? Are you able to access your account through the EE Online desktop site?

If you call EE and ask them to delete your online account. Then you can register again and hopefully it should work.

If you're not able to log into the EE Online desktop site, it's likely to be an issue with your account, @Joesargent 

They best thing you can do is speak to our technical support team so they can find out what's happening.
