App Error

Hey. I am EE user. And also having account on EE app. On EE app when i click on shop. And error appears that you are not account holder. I attached screenshot of it.  How can i sort it.

Resolved! How do i change my name?

I accidentally made a 1 letter mistake on my name when making my account and i don't know how to edit itAll it does is let me make a username

Site crashes

Site is useless.  Keeps crashing. Cant upgrade using the app or web.  Hopeless EE.  

New app

The new app is being improved as we speak. Let’s hope it’s going back to the old one which was great because the new one is, how can I put it Rubbish.

Trying to link my number to ee app , transferred my number from 02 to EE it’s all set up and transferred but after requesting code to link my number the text with the code is not coming through
