My ee app is not working right now

My app hasn't worked for 3 months, it's not showing any of my accounts in there, very frustrating

Could you try the app this morning please? Is it working now?

@Joesargent  Have you tried cleaning the device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?  Can you access your online account?   If not have you requested an account reset ?   

I've literally tried everything and it's still not working, EE say they will get back to me and they never do
