My ee app is not working I'm not able login to my account through the website I spoke with ee many times and still not sorted Have anyone manage to sort this out somehow ??

@chrisgromek2 Have you tried clearing the device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?

Hi thanks for your response. Yes I did clean cache and reinstall the app and even spoke with ee. There response is always the same - we are aware about the problem and working on it. This is now about 4 months. Every time I try to login I have same messages. Maybe is the time to say goodbye 👋 ee .

Ask EE to delete your online account and this will allow you to register again.
You can also text BA for account information.
