Repair tracking

Hi, I have an issue with repair tracking website as tracking is displayed correctly but when I want to open repair report or photos attached all I can see is: I've seen that other people had this issue in the past, is there a way to resolve it?

Resolved! Where is the gift data option on app and online?

I’ve just changed plans, now I can’t seem to gift data. Both plans are gift data accessible. This has also coincided with the new app update. anyone got any ideas? I’ve asked for help but it’s not helped.
