Linking mobile to my EE app

Keep trying to link my phone to my EE app and keeps saying can’t find any product linked to my number. It was ported from BT and changed across on Thursday. Does it take a while for the EE app to pick up the ported number?Thanks in advance

MyEE Phone App Down!

What's going on with the MyEE phone app for Android?  Everytime I try to log on, I get a message saying "We're fixing a few things right now"  The computer app is working ok, luckily.  What exactly are they fixing??
