'Can't log in' to upgrade but i am logged in!

i am trying to do an early upgrade because my phone has gone completely unresponsive, but the website is taking me in circles!

i logged into my account, going to look at upgrade deals and it just tells me it can't log me in!

i can't call the 150 number as i have no phone!

seems like many have had the same issue before me

Could you try using a different device or browser to see if it's any better please?
