Hello EE Team,
I'm an EE Full Works customer, and I'd like to make a suggestion that I believe would benefit many loyal customers.
My plan offers Apple One Individual as a benefit, but I already pay Apple £36.95 per month for Apple One Premier.
I need Premier because I regularly use Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Fitness+ and 2TB of iCloud storage.
Unfortunately, EE doesn't appear to offer the option of upgrading from Individual to Premier by simply paying the difference.
Would EE consider introducing this option?
It seems a shame that customers paying for premium EE plans cannot fully benefit from the included Apple One subscription simply because they require a higher tier.
Allowing customers to pay the difference would make EE Full Works considerably better value and encourage customer loyalty.
I'd appreciate hearing whether this is something EE might consider introducing in the future.
Many thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to share these details, @ellismcn70
It's only the Individual version of Apple One available on Full Works plans right now, and we don't have the option to charge the difference for upgrades.
If anything were to change we'd absolutely let you know, though.
