I have an active Google AI Plus 2 TB subscription included with my EE mobile plan.
I personally activated this subscription several months ago on my own phone, using my own EE mobile number and signing in with my own Google account credentials. The activation was successful.
My Google account was also part of my husband’s Google family group.
After family storage sharing was disabled, my Google account reverted to the free 15 GB storage allowance, despite having approximately 772 GB of existing data. My Google One membership has also disappeared from the Google One website.
EE still confirms that my individual Google AI Plus 2 TB subscription is active.
Please investigate why Google is no longer recognising my independently activated subscription, verify the entitlement associated with my Google account, and restore my 2 TB storage allocation without affecting my existing data.
It said managed through EE. Support on phone also confirmed I had the perk available. Need help as my husband is running out of space

Hi @Crisdean
From your comments it seems you've made some changes on your Google account which has impacted the service.
You'll need to take this up with Google.
Thanks
