Signed up with EE broadband last December and in February received my link to activate the link for the £150 card.
clicked on link to claim(did the 'human' verification thing) and takes me to a screen of a picture of creditcard -not clickable and a screen where i can search for items - but no instructions how to redeem.
Have contacted GiftCloud 5 times via the online support and no response, getting very frustrated and don't want to lose the £150

It's great to hear you took our Broadband service and claimed the Gift card reward!
Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty activating and redeeming your voucher. We definitely want to make sure you enjoy using your full reward before it expires!
You can contact GiftCloud by email. They usually respond within 3 working days. Their opening hours are 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
