I have just changed my phone (15th January 2026) from a Google Pixel 7 to the Google Pixel 9a, which came with free Google buds. I wasn't told how to claim these or if they would be sent on to me. Can you advise please?

Resolved! EE cyber security

I have added Norton cybersecurity to my EE account. When I open up the website, I immediately get a notification “Attention needed”. This almost immediately disappears and then I get a message that I’m fully protected. Is this correct?
