I purchased a new pixel 11 pro XL over a month ago and still haven't received a code. I phoned 150 and s very helpful person sent me a claim form but it was only after the call I realised this was for a "starter pack" I'm not eligible for.  Is anyone else having bother or am I just unlucky?

ETA. Yeah, checked spam, guy on the phone was also able to confirm nothing had been sent before finding a solution for the wrong offer lol.
