Hi,
I am looking to upgrade my phone and trying to access EE Perks. When I try to login it says incorrect password. When I try to reset the password, it notifies me that I will receive an email. I have tried this throughout the day numerous time, with not one email being received. I have checked my Inbox, Junk Mail and also searched for "EE" on my whole email account. The email has never been received.
Please could somebody advise me on what to do in order to get access to EE Perks and be able to upgrade my phone.

Are you logging in with the work email or personal email?
When did you originally register for a perk account?

I have tried logging in with both, to no avail.
I got the account around 3-4 years ago.

So I have managed to reset the password by using the work email in the forgotten password link.
However it now says my account is deactivated.

I am having this same issue. No email gets sent to reset my password. I have tried my personal and work email address.

The same issues it happening to me. It won't allow me to login, it is not sending me any 'rest password' emails. Can I have some help please.
