EE Perks - Password Reset Not Receiving an Email

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my phone and trying to access EE Perks. When I try to login it says incorrect password. When I try to reset the password, it notifies me that I will receive an email. I have tried this throughout the day numerous time, with not one email being received. I have checked my Inbox, Junk Mail and also searched for "EE" on my whole email account. The email has never been received.

Please could somebody advise me on what to do in order to get access to EE Perks and be able to upgrade my phone.

I first registered approx. 4-5 years ago now because I have used EE perks twice. Unsure on validating my email address - I have tried to login using the login from previously but no luck and no luck resetting password either.

Have you tried both your personal and work email addresses @crob96?

Has your work email changed or does it have any alias's?

I wouldn't have used a work address, but have tried personal. No changed in personal email addresses.

Hi @crob96,

I'd recommend trying your work email address. This is used for verification purposes on the majority of perk accounts.

Please let me know if that works.

I don't have a work email address so I would never had used that. I used my ID to verify my account.

Have you checked your spam/junk email folder?

Did you see a message saying your account has been locked when trying to login?

Hi James,

I have checked junk/spam folders and there is nothing there.

No message to say account has been locked, just says login information is incorrect. When I tried to make a new account it says one is already created and I need to login.

I am having the same issue, also my previous discount was vis the NHS, I am now employed with a different company and need to upload my photo ID and can't do that either
