Hi,
I have recently found the upgrade deal I like. Tried to log in to EE perks, and it said incorrect password. So tried password reset, it says email sent but not received.
I looked on community pages and it mentioned speaking to web care team to raise a webform. So I called 150, a webform was raised and I was told 72 hours. 72 hours has passed and I still have had no response and I still cannot get into EE perks.
