Create separate login for EE community (from EE Account login) keeping User Name

I’m a new EE SIM-only customer who accessed and joined the EE Community via a link in the EE App, and created my user name. I have saved community.ee.co.uk  to my iPhone 16 Pro Home Screen and would like to access it directly using the same email address, but with a  different password and also retaining my already existing user name for EE Community. Is this possible, please?

TIA

Hello @PedroUK38,

Welcome to the EE Community

It is not possible to have a separate account using the same e-mail address for your EE account and your EE Community account. When you create an account on either it creates an EEID which works for logging in to both parts of the EE website.

If you wanted to have separate logins for each it would require using another e-mail.

What would be the advantage of that?

You could always have 2 MyEE a/c's with diff email addys & use 1 solely for your EE products & the other solely for this Community. That's what I do!
