Hi,
I am looking to upgrade my phone and trying to access EE Perks. When I try to login it says incorrect password. When I try to reset the password, it notifies me that I will receive an email. I have tried this throughout the day numerous time, with not one email being received. I have checked my Inbox, Junk Mail and also searched for "EE" on my whole email account. The email has never been received.
Please could somebody advise me on what to do in order to get access to EE Perks and be able to upgrade my phone.

Are you using the same email address you registered with to request the password reset email?
Was this a work or personal email you used?

Yes it's the same email I used to register, it's a personal one I've had a recovery email in the past on the same one too.

The page says I've been sent a password reset email. But it never shows up. I don't have a work email address

Have you checked you spam/junk email folder @AdamSmith1
Could you have registered with a different email address?

I've used all the email addresses I can think of but nothing is coming through unfortunately.
