Hi,
I am looking to upgrade my phone and trying to access EE Perks. When I try to login it says incorrect password. When I try to reset the password, it notifies me that I will receive an email. I have tried this throughout the day numerous time, with not one email being received. I have checked my Inbox, Junk Mail and also searched for "EE" on my whole email account. The email has never been received.
Please could somebody advise me on what to do in order to get access to EE Perks and be able to upgrade my phone.

Hi Leanne I'm having problems getting password reset email for perk.ee.co.uk , have called support twice in the last 30 days and still not able to login. work email confirmed then I can not log in with the password and no reset email recieved.

I am having the same problem. Due an upgrade but can’t reset password for EE perks! It says email sent but nothing in my inbox!

Yes checked both junk folders on personal and work email nothing there

I am having the same issue and I have tried with both my personal and work email addresses
