EE Perks - Password Reset Not Receiving an Email

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my phone and trying to access EE Perks. When I try to login it says incorrect password. When I try to reset the password, it notifies me that I will receive an email. I have tried this throughout the day numerous time, with not one email being received. I have checked my Inbox, Junk Mail and also searched for "EE" on my whole email account. The email has never been received.

Please could somebody advise me on what to do in order to get access to EE Perks and be able to upgrade my phone.

Are you trying to reset your password for the Perk portal?

Are you entering the email address you verified when first setting up your account?

Are you using the same email address you used to verify your Perk account @Dianne6 (This is usually your work address)

Have you checked your spam email folder?

Have you ever seen a message saying your account was being locked due to entering an incorrect password?

Hello,

I am also having the same issue, I have checked my spam folder but still haven’t received anything. I believe I signed up with my Work ID rather than Work Email.

Good morning

I had a reactivate email to my work account, but when I try to sign in - it doesn't recognise any of my work email addresses or the passwords.  Can you help?  The reminder says I have had the account for 2 years
