Receiving billing notification via email

How do I set up billing notifications via email. My mobile phone reception is very unreliable so text messaging often doesn’t work.

@kayjay2 if your phone reception is very unreliable are you wanting this email to be received on your phone ? It’s the same connection. You can setup email notifications for billing via your EE online account.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

But you could receive emails on a Home BB connected PC or similar. I get both text notifications to my mobile & emails to my PC.
