I’m trying to change the ownership of an account, but I’ve hit a dead end.
The previous account holder left the business, and I need to gain access. I can log into our business account online, but I can’t update any details without speaking to someone. The issue is, when I try to call, I’m asked for specific characters from a password that I don’t have.
I have all the necessary details—account number, registered mobile, billing info—but I’m stuck because I can’t get past the password check.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there an email or another way to contact support to get this sorted? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In whose name is the account currently? You've alluded to it being a business account, and if so - is this a limited company where the LTD is the legal entity?
If this is a limited company account, what is your status within the company?
