I don’t know why EE company takes more than 1 month to fix the app problem, so before when I want to top up my eSIM card it was very easy and it takes a seconds but now when suddenly my data finished in midnight I have to wait until the morning to go to any supermarket to top up my number, is it good way if you want to have loyal customer? I don’t think so.. I hope this problem gone before the end of February or I have to change this company to other, who has highly appreciated to his customer

I'm sorry that you needed to top up when we were running maintenance. If this happens again, you can use our Fast Payment service to top up.

@khaledhome If it’s taking longer than a month ( I very much doubt it’s the same issue) why not try topping up during the day when EE don’t do account maintenance.
