Is there an issue with the website

I am trying to access my latest bill and up to date minutes used but the website doesnt seem to be working

Please help

You should be able to access your account details, what happens when you try and view the details?

it just comes up wit the page header and footer with no content , other pages work fine

Can you try clearing cookies and cache and opening in a new web browser? 

Does the EE app show your billing details?

Have done this.. It works on Google , not on edge

I dont suppose you know if / how I can find my current bill. i want to check some calls made over the last week

This would show when your next bill date is within Bills and Payments. 

Do you pay for itemised billing for outgoing calls to show?

i didnt know there was an option for itemised billing...

do i not have any way of seeing itemised bills ? Can i not see calls listed as they are made ?

Sorry sounding a bit thick but thought this info was accesible

Hi @richyrich6 

You would need itemised billing to show outgoing calls and texts, to add this and pay the monthly fee you would need to call us on 150 🙂
