hi i cant access either my ee app or online account  i cant see bills or upgrade options its telling me technical fault have deleted reinstalled app cleared cache etc nothing helping any ideas on what to do next?

@Ajp1972 , I would suggest ringing customer service to get them to reset your account, that should solve the problem.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Did this ever get solved out of interest? I've been having issues for ages and they can't seem to fix it
