Hi, I have the same issue. I use £10 data packs and top up when i need it again, but due to this issue I can't. I don't know why it's randomly unlinked my SIM from my account, there must have been some kind of update since I last used it. Had this SIM since 2017

How long ago did you last use the SIM to make a chargeable call, text or top up the account?
