Internet slow !!

My internet is very slow lately. It’s 2mps it’s should be 72mps …I have reported yesterday still not resolved. very disappointed 

App not working

Can anyone help. My EE app hasn't been working for months. I have tried updating it, deleting the app and re installing, clearing cache but keeps coming  up error or sorry can't load right now.
